The Apartments in the Marina are situated in the heart of Cape Towns Waterfront, which is regarded as the most successful waterfront development in the world. Restored wharves, warehouses and quays are packed with shops, cafes, and some of Cape Towns best restaurants with postcard views of Table Mountain.

Residents will find the City and the Convention Centre a short walk from the Marina, but may instead choose to take a water taxi down the Marina Canal.

The Waterfront is a working leisure port where normal harbour activities take place alongside quayside entertainment including museums, entertainment centres, craft markets, buskers, boat rides and the Two Oceans Aquarium. So while you're inside shopping or outside being entertained, local fishermen are rowing out of the harbour into Table Bay for the day's catch.
